Phoenix Garden in San Dimas

I followed the GPS to arrive here, there is nothing but railway and main road...I tried to call the restaurant and the number is out of service as well...Do not come here

This restaurant is Closed! Went there today and there’s no chairs/tables inside the restaurant. There is a sign that indicates location is no longer in business.

We had the steamed fish, chicken beef and shrimp with vegetables and black pepper beef with udon noodles. Excellent!!!

Excellent service; fine food

I've been here twice and both times have been spectacular! The food is delicious! The waiters are very friendly. I recommend getting the black pepper beef. Comes out in a sizzling platter and the taste is phenomenal. For 3.95 more you get a soup, fried shrimp, egg role and fried rice included with your meal. Definitely recommend going here.

This is our favorite! Filet Mignon in Black pepper sauce is amazing. Every other dish we have tried has been excellent as well. The service is friendly and quick.

If I could give 0 stars and still able to leave a comment I would! There was a full blown pornographic sex scene involving kids on their tv. When asked about it, ...they turned it off but both the manager and the cook were laughing and saying "it's okay"

The food was amazing! the portions were huge!!! I had the crunchy beef...OMG, how have I not had this before!?! Lol this was by far the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back.

I like to bring my kids here. They have absolutely wonderful food. I would highly suggest that everyone come here on the weekends they have great service.

While I live too far away now to frequent the Garden, my family began eating there when they were on Foothill in La Verne, then followed them to D St. in downtown La Verne and then finally out to San Dimas. Favorite for family celebrations. Michael is a wonderful host/owner and the food, especially the Garlic Shrimp, is fantastic. Miss it much but it's too much of a drive for us now.

It's kinda hard to find at night. If you blink you'd drive right past it. It's got to be good, because they close at 10 and it was about 930 and the parking lot was packed. Granted there were other places to eat there too, but when you see a Parking lot like that and while you're watching about 40 percent are going to that restaurant, to me that means that they must be pretty good. Next time, I'll be going alot earlier to try this place.

I moved from San Dimas 4 years ago and miss this place so bad! I grew up eating here and followed them each time they moved. I always ate their chicken or shrimp pan fried noodle meal, which was amazing and I still crave them to this day 👍I wish they were a chain and I could get the food here in AZ!

I with my friend went this restaurant yesterday. The service is good. The Food very fresh and good test. All my friends like here . And also value price. Strong recommend

Used to come here all the time but they recently changed owners and now the food doesn't taste the same... last couple times it has been very bland tasting.

We came in for lunch today and the food was good. The service was fine and the portions were awesome and reasonably priced. We had orange chicken and kun pao chicken with egg roll, wonton and soup. We will be back as the chow mein looks delish.

All the food was very good we got to lunch specials one with the green beans and brown rice and then a sweet and sour with brown rice they give a generous amount of food a lot of rice and the chocolate covered white fortune cookie is so delicious. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants even though I live in LA I go to school in Pomona I will come here at least once a month. It's clean their very friendly. Decent price

I have been coming to Phoenix Garden for literally as long as I can remember. We're talking 25+ years here. Easily the best hot and sour soup hands down that I have ever had literally anywhere and I try a bunch of places. All other food is also great and it'd fairly priced. Love this place.

Top quality fresh ingredients, and made when you order. About $8-$15 per entry (serves 2). Our favorite Chinese restaurant for high quality, great meals! And excellent service to boot!

Love this place. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food.....phenomenal! Great portions to cost ratio and the flavours are impeccable. I have and will continue to recomend this place to others!!!

Great eating experience the service was excellent and the food was above and beyond had the peppered chicken and added the egg roll abd cheese wanton to the order and everything was excellent will most definitely come back here and try other items on the menu. I strongly recommend you pay this place a visit to enjoy great Chinese food.

Terrible... My bosses nd I stopped in there after a meeting for lunch. We wanted the buffet, but once I looked at it. I changed my mind, everything looked dry nd old. So I asked to see a menu. The host had the never to roll his eyes like that was a problem. So I asked him if that was a problem. I ordered the shrimp walnut nd food was blah tasting. Nothing like I was excepting. Panda Express shrimp walnut has better flavoring then there's. Will not return ever.

You kinda know when the waitress comes to your table humming you are in for a treat. Hit the new Sunday buffet...excellent choices. Seafood soup is REAL...and taste amazing.Every dish is well thought out and unique to itself. The vierity of flavors and textures earns them a 5☆ rating...no question!Excellent service (removed trash from table during meal) prompt and courteous. Refills of lemonaid... (without asking.)Great pricing for the quality of food and service.Sundays are usually "iffy" in the restaurant business...you get served the weeks leftovers. Not here. Everything is fresh and of the highest quality. Really taste to good to be true. My daughter who is a lite eater loaded her plate up...and ate every bite! Shrimp that really taste like shrimp? Wow...that's hard to find. Better come check it out for yourself. It's a good one!I'm sure I'll be back...On my top 10 Asain Restaurants list.

The entire family love this place. Went when they were in La Verne and still go regularly in San Dimas. The owner is super nice. Favorite dishes are the garlic string bean chicken, wonton soup (my favorite wonton soup of all time), and the noodle dish... Forgot the name. It's the last one listed in that section of the menu.

It was ok. The fried shrimp was still cold in the middle. For dinner time there were only three table's. Service was ok.

I love this restaurant! I've been going here since I was born (literally). Whenever I am craving delicious Chinese food, I come here. They have the best Hot and Sour Soup I have ever tasted. We celebrate almost all of our family celebrations here. Love the staff. They are always so helpful. :)

Beef Chow Mein crispy noodle is not good. They are using thick noodles instead of the thin kind. I always order beef chow Mein at Mandarin restaurants and this is the first time I got thick noodles instead of thin noodles. Is this really authentic Mandarin restaurant? I doubt it.

Great food, we go often even though it is 15 miles away.

Service was awesome..Chris our waoter was fun and had a great personality. food was good but not great. Carpets looked dated and dirty so that turned me off a bit as soon as we walked in.

Very good chinese food at a very fair price. My favorite is the orange chicken but the broccoli beef is just as good. I tried there special last time; filet mignon with bell peppers and it was delicious. Great for lunch or an early dinner.
